The invention provides a thrust bearing for the screw of a ball-nut type steering gear. The thrust bearing comprises a screw. A thrust ball type thrust bearing is arranged on screw. The thrust ball type thrust bearing comprises a steel ball and a ring. The ring is composed of a left semi-ring and a right semi-ring. The cross section of the thrust ball type thrust bearing raceway is a four point contact type. The left semi-ring and the right semi-ring are both provided with a corresponding arc outer raceway. Two arc inner raceways are arranged on the screw. The radius of two inner raceways is the same as that of two outer raceways. The centers of four arc raceways are in a same circumference, but four arc raceways are non-concentric. The steel ball is arranged between the screw and the ring. Four contact points are formed between the steel ball and two outer raceways and two inner raceways, and thus a four point contact type thrust ball bearing is formed. In assembly, a punching-riveting anti-loosening structure is adopted between an adjusting nut and a valve body. For the bearing, a screw is used to replace a shaft washer, a holder is not needed any more, and the installation becomes convenient. The inner raceway and outer raceway are both composed of two arcs, a four point contact ball bearing is formed and is capable of bearing a large axial/radial force, the wear is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

For controlling a position indicator, e.g. a cursor, on a visual display, e.g. the monitor screen associated with a personal computer or a laptop computer screen, a position indicator controlling device (1) comprises an indicator position controller (6) in the form of a continuous membrane of elastomeric material (8) stretched, in wrinkle-free manner, around a solid form-keeping core (7) held captive in a housing (2) so that by applying finger pressure in a generally horizontal direction to an uppermost exposed, part-spheroidal, portion of the membrane, the membrane can slide on the core to produce a corresponding output signal from one or more motion detectors (11, 12). The indicator position controller gives the appearance to a user of a spherical ball device (such as is commonly used in a laptop computer), but the special shape of the form-keeping core is such as to reduce the overall height requirement and leads to a heightwise compact construction for the position indicator controlling device (1'). According to two modifications (FIGS. 5 and 6), the indicator position controller (6) is realized by a normally spheroidal thick-walled elastomeric ball (8'), or by a solid elastomeric ball (8'') held in a deformed state by the housing (2). The position indicator controlling device (1) can be designed for use as a ball-type device for a laptop computer or as a mouse for a personal computer.

Ball harmonic wave basis parameters have the sparsity under the determined ball-type radius, therefore, an orthogonal basis and a random observation matrix are constructed in the orthogonal basis construction module and the random observation matrix generation module respectively according to the compressed sensing theory, meanwhile, the orthogonal basis and the random observation matrix are input into the ball harmonic wave basis coefficient reconstruction module, the ball harmonic wave basis coefficients are reconstructed, and finally the ball harmonic wave basis coefficients are input into the object region sound pressure distribution reconstruction module to enable object region sound pressure distribution to be reconstructed.
