A body of resiliently deformable material has flat and parallel top and bottom surfaces, with a cutout at one edge of the body. By pushing down on the hand, the opposite sides of the palm are urged apart, opening the carpal tunnel and relieving compression on the blood vessels and nerves. The body is preferably made of an expanded polymeric material such as polyurethane.
