The invention relates to the field of carrier
steering control, in particular to a non-return transmission device for a carrier and a
control system thereof.The non-return transmission device comprises a large
bevel gear, a small
bevel gear, a large straight tooth, a small straight tooth, a worm and a
turbine which are sequentially meshed, the large
bevel gear is fixed to an input shaft, the small straight tooth and the worm are coaxial, the
turbine is fixed to an output shaft, and when the worm drives and the
turbine drives, the large straight tooth and the small straight tooth are coaxial.
Clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the input shaft is transmitted to the output shaft; when running external force acts on the turbine through the output shaft to try to reversely drive the worm, force flow is
cut off through the self-locking effect of the worm and the turbine, non-return of the output shaft relative to the input shaft is achieved, and hand beating and high-speed shimmy are weakened. The input shaft and the output shaft are coaxially arranged through a coaxial device, and the gears, the worm and the worm gear are installed in the shaft box. The
control system is provided with an angular speed sensor, a temperature sensor, a
vibration sensor, a working cycle number sensor and the like, signals are input into an
electronic control unit, and state monitoring and fault early warning are carried out through the
electronic control unit.
