This invention relates to the field of nuclear power equipment, and more particularly to a tool and method for installing and removing auxiliary filter bolts. The tool comprises: a vertically arranged drive shaft, positioned and supported on an upper support seat by radial bearings; a drive gear fixedly connected to the lower end of the drive shaft, directly transmitting the input torque to the drive gear; several shaft holes on the upper support seat, positioned and supported by radial bearings for a driven upper shaft; a driven gear fixed on the driven upper shaft, meshing with the drive gear; an input end of a torque limiter connected to the driven gear, and an output end connected to a driven intermediate shaft; several shaft holes on the lower support seat, positioned and supported by radial bearings for a driven lower shaft; the driven upper shaft, driven intermediate shaft, and driven lower shaft connected sequentially; the upper end of a tightening sleeve inserted into the driven lower shaft, and a spring disposed outside the driven lower shaft. Torque limiter and torque damping device

The present disclosure relates to a torque limiter and a torque damping device. The torque limiter comprises: a holding plate used for introducing torque, a first cover plate used for outputting torque, a second cover plate which is axially pressed onto the first cover plate and used for outputting torque, a first friction plate axially provided between the first cover plate and the holding plate, and a second friction plate axially provided between the second cover plate and the holding plate, the first friction plate and the second friction plate being an outer ring and an inner ring formed by separating the same ring-shaped friction plate. Compared with conventional single-friction-plate designs, the separation means saves about half the material costs of friction plates.
