A system for continuously circulating fluid to and through a tubular string either of coiled tubing or made up of a plurality of tubulars connected end-to-end while an upper tubular is added to or removed from a top tubular of the plurality of tubulars, all tubulars having a top-to-bottom fluid flow channel therethrough, the system having an upper chamber with a bottom opening, a top opening, and an upper sealing apparatus for sealingly encompassing a portion of the upper tubular, a lower chamber with a bottom opening, a top opening and a lower sealing apparatus for sealingly encompassing a portion of the top tubular, one of the upper chamber and the lower chamber sized for accommodating connection and disconnection therein of the upper tubular and the top tubular, and gate apparatus between and in fluid communication with the upper chamber and the lower chamber. Such a system may have apparatus for isolating a tubular therein from an axial load imposed by fluid pressure in a chamber; at least one of the lower chamber and the upper chamber with inner bushing apparatus with a portion thereof movably disposable within the chamber's sealing apparatus for facilitating movement of a tubular with respect to the chamber's sealing apparatus, and the system connectible to and rotatable by a rotating system for rotating the tubular string; and/or heave compensation interconnections for interconnecting the system to an offshore rig's heave compensation system. The system in certain aspects including fluid flow lines to each of the top and bottom chambers, a supply of fluid for circulating through the tubular string and through the upper and lower chambers, apparatus for continuously moving circulating fluid from the supply through the system into the tubular string.

Downhole shock absorber for torsional and axial loads

A shock-absorber subassembly for a subsurface drilling assembly is disclosed. The shock-absorber subassembly comprises a mandrel, a body assembly, and at least one torsional spring assembly. The mandrel has a bore extending therethrough and has one end connectable to a portion of the subsurface drilling assembly. The body assembly has a bore extending therethrough and one end connectable to another portion of the subsurface drilling assembly. The body assembly is coupled to the mandrel to establish fluid communication between the bore of the mandrel and the bore of the body assembly and to permit planar rotational movement of the mandrel relative to the body assembly. The at least one torsional spring assembly engages the mandrel and the body assembly to absorb torsional shocks and vibrations between the mandrel and the body assembly and to limit the degree of planar rotation between the mandrel and the body assembly. In a second embodiment, the body assembly is coupled to the mandrel to permit axial movement as well as planar rotational movement. In this second embodiment, the shock-absorber subassembly further comprises at least one axial spring assembly engaging the mandrel and the body assembly to absorb axial shocks and vibrations between the mandrel and the body assembly.

Test bed for testing integrated mechanical properties of anchor rod and test method

The invention relates to the technical field of mine support, and particularly relates to a test bed for testing integrated mechanical properties of an anchor rod and a test method. The test bed comprises a pushing and mixing test mechanism, an installation pretension test mechanism, a bending load test mechanism, an axial load test mechanism, a shearing load test mechanism and an impact load test mechanism, wherein the pushing and mixing test mechanism and the installation pretension test mechanism are arranged on an installation test bed, and the bending load test mechanism, the axial load test mechanism, the shearing load test mechanism and the impact load test mechanism are arranged on a work test bed. By using the test bed, the installing and working process of the anchor rod can be simulated in a laboratory, and one or multiple combined external forces such as torsion, stretching, bending, shearing and impact are applied to the anchor rod; and mutually independent loading systems are adopted to apply corresponding loads to the anchor rod, so as to carry out independent experiments of various loads in the installing and working process of the anchor rod or a combined loading test of a plurality of any working stresses such as stretching, shearing and impact caused by installation stress and surrounding rock deformation, thereby effectively testing the integrated mechanical properties of the anchor rod under the combined action of various different external forces.

A comprehensive test experiment device for dynamic and static properties of a rolling bearing-main shaft system comprises a main shaft in which the front end is installed on a front end bearing support saddle; the end surface of the front end bearing support saddle is provided with three laser displacement sensor test probes; the front end bearing support saddle is internally provided with an experiment bearing; load is carried out through a radial load hydraulic tank and an axial load hydraulic tank; the back end of the main shaft is assembled on a back end bearing support saddle, and the back end bearing support saddle is configured to be paired angle contact bearings, and both an integrated monitoring ring and a pre-tightening push block are installed between the angle contact bearings to realize self-adapting pre-tightening of the bearing; the main shaft is provided with an eccentric quality shock excitation disk for applying bearing shock excitation; and the main shaft is driven by a variable-frequency electric motor. The comprehensive test experiment device for dynamic and static properties of a rolling bearing-main shaft system is used for detecting the influence on the dynamic and static properties of multiple types of bearings and the main shaft system, thereby overcoming the defect that the existing rolling bearing-main shaft experiment platform has the characteristics of single-type tested bearing, too low integration degree and rough single processing, being capable of carrying multiple experimental researches, and improving the flexibility of the rolling bearing-main shaft experiment platform.

High-speed dynamic simulation test method for electric mainshaft bearing

The invention relates to a high-speed dynamic simulation test method used for an electric mainshaft bearing. The electric mainshaft bearing comprises a frame, a main body pedestal, an axial loading cylinder, a test head assembly, a main body gland, a radial loading cylinder, a shaft coupling, a protecting hood, an electric mainshaft, a lubricating oil pipe, an axial loading oil pipe, a vibration sensor, a radial loading oil pipe and a temperature sensor and also a final assembly of all the parts. A hydraulic loading system is started to provide pressure oil to the axial loading cylinder and the radial loading cylinder, the electric mainshaft drives a test mainshaft to rotate, the radial loading cylinder exerts radial force on a first test accompanying bearing and a second test accompanying bearing through a radial loading sleeve, and the radial loading cylinder exerts axial force on a first test bearing and a second test bearing through an axial loading sleeve. The entire test is controlled by a computer to display parameters of the rotating speed, the axial load and the radial load, the oil pressure, the cooling water temperature, the bearing temperature, the bearing vibration, the power current of the electric mainshaft and the test time, and the parameters are saved in a computer database and analyzed.

Apparatus and method for measuring supporting force of large diameter ferroconcrete piles

An apparatus measures a supporting force of ferroconcrete piles by means of a bi-directional front end oil pressure loading apparatus using a high pressure loading system capable of measuring a supporting force, a sinking amount and an axis load distribution on the ferroconcrete piles. The apparatus comprises: a steel plate having a predetermined thickness and diameter and including upper and lower discs having penetration holes through which concrete passes; a fixing member for separating the discs from each other by a predetermined distance; a high oil pressure cylinder for producing an oil pressure force; an oil cylinder inflation displacement measuring sensor for measuring a displacement; an upper displacement measuring rod coupled to the upper disc for measuring a displacement of the upper disc; a lower displacement measuring rod coupled to the upper disc for measuring a displacement of the lower disc; an axis load transition measuring instrument including a tremie induction tube coupled to the upper disc for guiding concrete to the penetration holes; iron elements coupled to the upper disc; a load sensor for measuring ground abrasion; and a sensor line for transferring a signal and current to the load sensor. A corresponding method is disclosed.
