A surrounding rock deformation and failure test
system with a rotatable stress main shaft in a three-dimensional
crustal stress field is characterized in that a press
machine upper pressure head and a press
machine base are oppositely distributed up and down, and a loading
hydraulic cylinder is connected with the press
machine upper pressure head; the surrounding
rock sample is vertically arranged in the axial loading space, and a
simulation roadway is formed in the axis part of the surrounding
rock sample; annular upper and lower end plates are fixedly connected in the upper and lower ends of the confining pressure cylinder respectively; the confining pressure cylinder sleeves the outer side of the axial loading space; a plurality of groups of mounting holes are uniformly formed in the circumferential directions of the annular upper and lower end plates; the radial pressurizing
assembly comprises a supporting steel
pipe and an elastic
capsule. The main supporting section is sleeved with the elastic
capsule, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the main supporting section. A plurality of strain bricks are pre-buried in the surrounding
rock sample; the track is fixedly mounted in the simulated roadway; the micro camera is assembled on the track through the
electric control trolley; and the
strain gauge II and the
acoustic emission probe are arranged in the simulated roadway. According to the
system, the working condition that the direction of a
stress field changes can be simulated in a three-dimensional true triaxial stress environment.
