The casing has at least two spacers (50), equal in number to the number of through-holes, applied on the base surface of the flange portion opposite the respective through-holes. The casing has at least two inserts (60), equal in number to the number of spacers, and housed with interference inside the respective metal bushings and inside the respective spacers.
