The embodiment of the invention relates to a method and a device for processing message, wherein the method comprises: receiving the message and storing the message into a buffer memory unit; determining a buffer memory queue corresponding to the message; judging whether the sum of the length of the message and the actual queue length of the buffer memory queue is less than or equal to the queue allocation length in the buffer memory queue; if so, adding the message to the buffer memory queue by updating the content of a buffer memory item message pointer in the buffer memory list of the buffer memory queue as the starting memory address of the buffer memory unit containing the message; and updating the buffer memory item index and the queue enqueueing index in the buffer memory list to establish the new index for the message; and updating the actual length of the queue length into the actual length after the message is memorized. The embodiment of the invention provides a method for dynamically adjusting the buffer memory bandwidth of the queue, in the method, the massage is stored in the buffer memory of the queue by judging sum of the length of the massage and the actual lengthof the buffer memory of the queue as well as the configurated length of the queue in the buffer memory of the queue; and the buffer memory of the queue is changed according to the change of the chainwidth so as to improve the problems of the transmission delay because of overlarge buffer memory space and the shaking packet loss because of over-small buffer memory space of the queue and enhance the communication quality.

The invention discloses a ferromagnet magnetostrictive effect-based method for testing the length of an anchor rod, which comprises the following steps that: a magnetostrictive waveguide sensor is arranged on the free end of an anchor rod to be tested; a static bias magnetic field is applied at the mounting position of the magnetostrictive waveguide sensor; an exciting pulse signal is applied to the magnetostrictive waveguide sensor to excite mechanical vibration on the free end of the anchor rod; the sizes of the exciting pulse signal, exciting frequency and the static bias magnetic field are set to excite waveguides mainly in a longitudinal mode in the anchor rod; a receiving unit converts an elastic wave signal in a member to be tested into an electrical signal by using an inverse magnetostrictive effect, and after signal amplification, filtration and rectification, signal averaging and A/D conversion treatment, the electrical signal enters a test signal processing unit to test the actual length of the anchor rod to be tested. The method can realize the excitation and detection of ultrasonic waves in the anchor rod. The test signal contains information on the length and defects of the anchor rod and the actual length of a measured anchor rod can be measured accurately through the processing and analysis of a waveguide reflected wave signal.

The invention relates to a characteristic point three-dimensional reconstruction method based on trifocal tensor, which includes the following steps: coding points, marking points and a ruler are arranged on the surface of the measured object; a digital camera is used to take photos of the measured object in multiple angles, and the photos are inputted to a computer for image processing to obtain the image coordinates (xd, x'd and x''d); all images are rearranged for normalization treatment according to the image coordinates (xd, x'd and x''d); the trifocal tensor of each group of images is respectively calculated to determine the three-dimensional point coordinates of the coding points and the marking points; each group of three-dimensional point coordinates is processed to obtain the three-dimensional coordinates (x, y and z) of each point in the unified coordinate system; the specific value of the length and the actual length is calculated through the ruler to obtain new three-dimensional point coordinates (x', y' and z') in metric space; the new three-dimensional point coordinates (x', y' and z') receive focusing control to obtain integrally optimized three-dimensional point coordinates. The three-dimensional reconstruction method in the invention has high calculation accuracy, simple use, convenient operation, needs only a portable digital camera, a common laptop, a group of coding points and marking points, and a ruler.

Complex multi-pipeline system detection method

The invention relates to a complex multi-pipeline system detection method. Mark points adhered to the surfaces of attachments in a to-be-detected pipeline system are used as the basis of industrial photogrammetry solution for later solution of inner and outer parameters of a digital camera; scales placed at the edges of the pipeline system or in other adjacent pipeline systems are used for carrying out corresponding solution on a pixel size of a camera and an actual length size of the camera in a physical coordinate system. According to the complex multi-pipeline system detection method disclosed by the invention, an optical measurement means is used; by image processing, two-dimensional pipeline identification is carried out; based on an industrial close-range photogrammetry principle, reconstruction of a three-dimensional pipeline is carried out. An image is used for carrying out data processing and the industrial photogrammetry principle is very high in three-dimensional reconstruction accuracy, and thus, only images at different angles need to be shot for complex pipelines; the complex multi-pipeline system detection method is simple and convenient to operate, and accuracy of pipeline detection is ensured.

The invention provides a ship water gauge image automatic number reading method based on a deep learning algorithm. According to the method, the deep learning algorithm is used for performing identification positioning on the number in a ship water gauge image, thereby obtaining a digital number and a frame coordinate in the image, and a digital frame coordinate is corrected. By means of a numberarrangement rule and a human eye number reading principle in the image, a digit combination algorithm based on the human eye number reading principle is designed. By means of image color information of a ship body and water body, a method for identifying a water level in different color body color backgrounds is designed, wherein different identification methods can be selected according to different backgrounds, thereby ensuring high accuracy and high speed in water level identification. According to the position coordinate of the oblique number in each line and the position coordinate of thewater level, a length reference and oblique number correction algorithm is designed; wherein the actual pixel distance between water level and the number is calculated, and percentage of the pixel distance between the water level and the number in the actual length reference is calculated. Furthermore the number of the ship water gauge image is obtained.
