The invention discloses a
stomach-protecting compound beverage taking
elaeagnus angustifolia and honey as core functional raw materials and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of foods. The
elaeagnus angustifolia is a mature fruit of
elaeagnus elaeagnus deciduous tree in the family of
elaeagnus pungens, and is rich in polysaccharides, polyphenols and dietary fibers; the honey contains fructo-
oligosaccharide and a plurality of active enzymes. The two components are compounded to achieve a synergistic effect, mildly assist in improving gastrointestinal functions, repairing mucous membranes and regulating
flora balance. The beverage is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 25 to 60 percent of
elaeagnus angustifolia fruit extracting solution, 0.25 to 6 percent of (honey and
cane sugar), 0.0025 to 0.025 percent of
sucralose, 0.05 to 0.3 percent of
organic acid system (
citric acid monohydrate, DL-
tartaric acid and
sodium citrate), 0.005 to 0.015 percent of
vitamin C, 0.001 to 0.04 percent of
iodine-free edible salt and the balance of
purified water. The health-care beverage is prepared by scientific compatibility and a mild process, keeps fresh and natural taste, has multiple effects of promoting
digestion, repairing
gastrointestinal mucosa and regulating intestinal
flora, and can be safely drunk for a long time.
