According to the method disclosed by the invention, the content of soluble protein in the fermentation liquor reaches 31.4 to 34.3g / L; for the fermentation protein feed prepared from the maize flour, the bran and flour serving as auxiliary materials, the mass percent of crude protein reaches 28.6 to 29.5 percent, and the protein digestibility in vitro reaches 89.5 to 92.4 percent.
