isohexadecane solvent naphtha, which comprises the following steps: treating a
raw material isohexadecane mixture by a feed adsorption tank and a feed filter, feeding into a feed
buffer tank, boosting by a hydrogenation
feed pump, mixing with recycle
hydrogen, exchanging heat with reaction generated oil, and feeding into a pre-hydrogenation reactor; a pre-
hydrogenation reaction product is mixed with high-pressure circulating oil and circulating
hydrogen, is subjected to heat exchange with reaction generated oil, is fed into a hydrofining reactor, is subjected to heat exchange, is cooled, and is fed into a high-pressure separator; the reaction generated oil and the hydrogenation generated oil at the bottom of the high-pressure separator are sent to a product separation
tower after components are removed by a light component removal
tower; the product separation
tower is provided with a
side stream stripping tower,
isohexadecane solvent oil is extracted from the bottom of the
side stream stripping tower, and byproducts such as
isododecane solvent oil and isoeicosane solvent oil are extracted from the top and the bottom of the separation tower respectively. The method prolongs the service life of the catalyst and the operation cycle of the device, reduces the operation
energy consumption of the device, reduces the carbon emission and saves the investment.
