The method comprises concrete operations: collecting and processing the raw and auxiliary materials; composting and fermenting the materials and organic materials according to a formula; and adding coconut shell powder and other auxiliary materials. In the finished soilless culture matrix for the vegetables, the content of moisture is smaller than or equal to 45%; the content of a dry-base organic matter is greater than or equal to 40%; the total nutrient content of dry N, P2O5 and K2O is 2.5-3%; the pH is 5.5-7; the EC is smaller than or equal to 2.5; the particle size is smaller than or equal to 5mm; the material of which the particle size is 2-4mm accounts for 55-60%. By adopting the fabrication method, organic wastes such as the coconut shell powder, the alcohol renewal, and the straw powder are mainly utilized as the raw materials; the culture matrix for the vegetables is produced by adopting high-temperature fermentation; the waste is changed into treasures; harm matters are turned into good matters. The soilless culture matrix is low in cost, light in texture, full in nutrient, and applicable to growth and development of the vegetables, and is a good matrix for the soilless culture of the vegetables.

The method provided by the invention has the advantages of low cost, good treatment effect, simple process, mild reaction condition, capability of recycling trivalent chromium, less secondary pollution, and the like.

The method comprises the following steps of cutting mixed traditional Chinese medicine residues obtained by a traditional Chinese medicine factory into traditional Chinese medicine residue segments, detecting water content, organic carbon content and total nitrogen content of the traditional Chinese medicine residue segments and a conditioner, preparing the traditional Chinese medicine residue segments and the conditioner into a compost raw material, carrying out aerobiotic composting of the compost raw material by a pile-type composting method, turning compost piles at a time interval of 24 to 48 hours in a heating stage and a high temperature stage, turning the compost piles at a time interval of 7 to 14 days in a cooling stage, after the composting process is finished, crushing the thoroughly decomposed composting products into a matrix raw material, and uniformly mixing the matrix raw material and auxiliary materials to obtain the seedling-growing nutritive matrix. The seedling-growing nutritive matrix obtained by the method has light weight, has salinity, porosity and nutritional ingredient composition close to salinity, porosity and nutritional ingredient composition of peat, and avoids the phenomenon of a slow seed germination speed, seedling weakness and seedling burning. Compared with the common composting products, the seedling-growing nutritive matrix obtained by the method is suitable for seedling cultivation.
