When the composition is used for disinfecting explants of plants, the explants are subjected to routine disinfection after being soaked in the bacteriostat, so that the treatment time on corrosive sublimate or sodium hypochlorite can be reduced and the aims of sterilizing and keeping relatively high survival rate of the explants are fulfilled; the bacteriostat is added into a first generation culture medium or a subculture medium, so pollution of fungus and bacteria can be effectively reduced and prevented and the bacteriostat does not have adverse effect on the plant growth; and when applied to plant open culture, such as a strong seeding and rooting stage and the like, the bacteriostat composition can save the culture medium high-pressure sterilizing process, does not need a clean bench, can save energy and reduce the cost of tissue culture seedlings, and improves benefits.

The invention discloses a freshness keeping method for preventing darkening of southern American white prawns, which specifically comprises the steps of: (1) preparing fixed amount of biological freshness keeping agent solution; (2) collecting and transporting healthy southern American white prawns with the uniform size while the southern American white prawns are kept alive; (3) picking out abnormal individuals such as dead, mutilation, color change and the like; (4) washing the selected prawn bodies with sterilized water, and putting the prawn bodies in crushed ice to shock the prawn bodies; (5) soaking the well-treated southern American white prawns in the freshness keeping agent solution; and (6) putting the southern American white prawns in a refrigerator at 3 DEG C for the purpose of storage. The freshness keeping agent solution consists of phytic acid, chitosan, epsilon-polylysine, glacial acetic acid and water, with the proportions thereof as follows: 0.05% to 0.1% of the phytic acid, 1% to 2% of the chitosan, 0.05% to 0.15% of epsilon-polylysine, 0.8% to 1.2% of the glacial acetic acid and the balance of water. The freshness keeping agent solution prepared by adopting themethod disclosed by the invention can favorably inhibit darkening and bacteria-based spoilage of the southern American white prawns, and compared with the way of refrigerated storage at 3 DEG C, the freshness keeping agent can remarkably prolong the shelf life of the southern American white prawns by 5 to 6 days.

The invention discloses a streptomyces sp. NK-49 and an application thereof; and the application is a method for fermenting, cultivating, separating and purifying Epsilon-polylysine. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, picking a ring of spores from streptomyces sp. NK-49 which is stored on a Beinart inclined plane, and inoculating the spores serving as seeds in a Gao 1th culture medium for activated culture within 20 to 36 h; inoculating 5 to 15 percent of seed liquid to a synthetic medium taking amylolysis sugar or amylolysis sugar and glycerol as a carbon source, and shaking a flask for fermentation and culture for 48 to 96 h; after fermentation, conducting 6000 to 10000 rpm centrifugation on the fermentation liquid to remove thallus, collecting supernate, regulating the pH of the supernate to 8 by utilizing 5M NaOH solution, and filtering to removing deposited hetero proteins; utilizing weak acid type cation exchange resin to adsorb and remove Epsilon-polylysine molecules from the supernate of the hetero proteins, and washing with distilled water; eluting the adsorbed products by utilizing 0.1 to 0.7 mol/L dilute hydrochloric acid, and utilizing 5M NaOH solution to regulate the pH of eluant to a neutral value; and dialyzing the neutral eluant to remove micro molecular impurities, freezing, and drying to obtain Epsilon-polylysine solid powder. The streptomyces sp. NK-49 obtained through separation has the potential for industrial production of Epsilon-polylysine.
