The eczema-treating medicine composition provided by the invention has fast and high treatment effect, and good nursing effect. Once eczema is cured by using the medicine composition, reoccurrence is prevented. The medicine composition also has three effects such as itching relieving and inflammation eliminating, sterilizing, and eczema skin histamine level reducing. The invention relates to lipstick and a preparation method thereof. The lipstick is prepared from, by mass, 12.5-70% of an emollient, 2-13% of dipentaerythritol tri-polyhydroxystearate, 0.5-12% of a film forming agent, 3.5-34% of a thickener and 5-21% of a colorant; the emollient is prepared from phenyl trimethicone, diisostearyl malate, butyrospermum parkii butter and polyglycerol-2 triisostearate, and the content of phenyl trimethicone accounts for 5-50% of the mass of the lipstick; the film forming agent is prepared from hydrogenated polycyclopentadiene, polyethylene, carnauba wax and vitamins, and the content of hydrogenated polycyclopentadiene accounts for at least 80% of the film forming agent. The lipstick is suitable for the field of cosmetics.
