A long-lasting, set ink formulation, method of making and use

PendingCN122326039APolymer scienceCross linker
The application relates to the technical field of inks, and discloses a long-acting coagulation ink formula, a preparation method and application, the ink comprising a water-based polyurethane emulsion, pigments, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent; the water-based polyurethane emulsion formula is polytetrahydrofuran glycol, glycerol monooleate, isophorone diisocyanate, a chain extender and a hindered phenol crosslinking agent; the hindered phenol crosslinking agent is prepared and introduced into a molecular chain segment of the water-based polyurethane binder, linear water-based polyurethane macromolecules are linked in the form of chemical bonds, a crosslinked network structure is formed, molecular chain movement is limited, aggregation is not easy, gel during storage can be reduced, and the hindered phenol is linked to the polyurethane molecular chain through chemical bonds, free radicals are captured by the hindered phenol groups, and the phenomenon of ink skinning, gelation and coagulation of the polyurethane ink caused by oxidation during storage and use is avoided; the ink has excellent stability, adhesion, skinning resistance, rubbing resistance and alcohol resistance.

A general method and composition for eliminating cold creaming of cosmetics

PendingCN122272416AGlycerolHigh dosage
This invention discloses a universal method and composition for solving the pilling problem in cold-formulated cosmetics. Adding an effective amount of glyceryl oleate, citrate / caprylic / capric triglyceride to a cosmetic composition containing a pilling-prone cold-formulated emulsifier can significantly reduce or eliminate pilling. This substance has been discovered for the first time to have a novel anti-pilling application, effective against pilling caused by the emulsifier's own characteristics, high dosage, electrolyte interference, or the addition of large molecules, and is universally applicable to different types of cold-formulated emulsifier systems. This invention is particularly suitable for systems using electrolyte-rich natural plant extracts as the aqueous phase, fundamentally solving the pilling problem and providing a reliable solution for preparing high-feel, all-natural cold-formulated cosmetics.

ActiveUS12644067B2Crankshaft bearingsBearing componentsBearing wearInternal combustion engine
This invention relates to a lubricating oil composition comprising or resulting from the admixing of: (i) a base oil; (ii) one or more overbased metal based detergents; and (3) a friction modifier comprising glycerol monooleate, glycerol dioleate, glycerol trioleate or combinations thereof at from 0.2 to 1.0 wt. % of the composition. The composition has a total sulfated ash of less than or equal to 1.0 wt. %, a high temperature high shear viscosity at 150° C. (HTHS) as determined according to ASTM D4683-20 of greater than or equal to 1.8 mPa·s and less than or equal to 2.9 mPa·s, and a total phosphorous level of less than or equal to 0.080 wt. %. The inventive composition provides a 10% to 80% decrease in journal bearing wear as measured by wear scar volume in μm3 using the MTM-R test method compared to a lubricating oil composition of comparable HTHS, but not including a friction modifier comprising glycerol monooleate, glycerol dioleate, glycerol trioleate or combinations thereof. Also provided are a method of decreasing journal bearing wear in an internal combustion engine and a method of making the lubricating oil composition.
