coating. The method comprises the following steps: jointly dissolving polyglycolic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline in hexafluoroisopropanol to obtain a water-phase solution; mixing
liquid paraffin and an emulsifier to obtain an
oil phase solution; dropwise adding the water-phase solution into the oil-phase solution to form water-in-
oil type emulsion droplets, carrying out
emulsion polymerization reaction in the water-in-
oil type emulsion droplets to obtain 8-hydroxyquinoline-polyglycolic acid microspheres with
corrosion inhibition performance and
fluorescence indication function, and mixing the 8-hydroxyquinoline-polyglycolic acid microspheres with
epoxy resin and a curing agent to prepare the anticorrosive paint. The
corrosion inhibition performance and the
fluorescence indication effect of 8HQ are utilized, and the thermoplasticity and the fluidity of PGA are utilized, so that the anticorrosive
coating is endowed with the self-repairing capability, the problems of unstable performance and single function are solved, and the novel intelligent anticorrosive
coating integrating the functions of
corrosion protection, in-situ monitoring and self-repairing is realized.
