[0012] [Effects of the Invention]
[0013] One embodiment of the present invention can provide a water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic that spreads lightly when applied to the skin, giving the user a moist feeling, and at the same time, provides a matte finish after application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0014] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. In addition, the embodiments are not limited by the following description and can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. In addition, the " to " indicating a numerical range in this specification, if there is no other description, refers to the numerical values recorded before and after it as the lower limit and upper limit included.
[0015] The water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetics according to the present embodiment contain an internal water phase in which powder is dispersed in an aqueous medium and an external oil phase thickened or solidified by wax. In addition, the term "solid" used in this specification is interpreted as the meaning commonly used in the field of cosmetics, for example, it can be defined as a form or state in which the composition as a whole does not show fluidity at a temperature below 50°C and does not show significant deformation under normal storage conditions.
[0016] Hereinafter, each component constituting the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0017] Powder refers to a powder that is generally used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals and has a hydrophilic surface that can be stably dispersed in an aqueous system. The hydrophilic surface powder includes a hydrophilic powder that has not been subjected to a surface hydrophobic treatment and a hydrophobic or hydrophilic powder that has been surface treated with a hydrophilic substance. In addition, in this specification, powder refers to the powder contained in the internal water phase.
[0018] The average primary particle size of the powder is 1.0 μm or more. The water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic of this embodiment will be emulsified when applied to the skin, so it spreads lightly and can give the user a moist feeling. After the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic is applied to the skin, the emulsified water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic forms an oil phase on the skin and a water phase on the oil phase. Then, the water in the water phase evaporates, and the powder with an average primary particle size of 1.0 μm or more contained in the water phase remains in the oil phase covering the skin, thereby giving the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic a matte finish.
[0019] In this specification, the average primary particle size refers to the average of primary particle sizes measured by a generally used method, and is specifically determined as the arithmetic average of the major axis and the minor axis of the particles from a transmission electron microscope photograph.
[0020] The average primary particle size of the powder is preferably 1.0 μm to 50.0 μm, more preferably 1.5 μm to 13 μm. The average primary particle size of the powder is 1.0 μm to 50 μm, and the oil-in-water emulsified solid cosmetic spreads more lightly when applied to the skin, giving the user a more moisturized feel. In addition, the average primary particle size of the powder is 1.5 μm to 13 μm, and the oil-in-water emulsified solid cosmetic spreads more lightly when applied to the skin, giving the user a further moisturized feel, and at the same time, a matte finish can be given after application.
[0021] The content of the powder is preferably 1% to 25% by mass, more preferably 1% to 20% by mass, and further preferably 5% to 15% by mass relative to the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic. When the content of the powder is 1% to 25% by mass relative to the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic, the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic spreads more lightly when applied to the skin, giving the user a more moisturized feel, and at the same time, a more matte finish can be given after application.
[0022] The shape of the powder may be plate-like or spherical. Examples of the powder include talc, kaolin, sericite, mica (muscovite, synthetic mica, synthetic phlogopite, phlogopite, red mica, biotite, lithium mica treated with triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethylsiloxane), vermiculite, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, diatomaceous earth, magnesium silicate, calcium silicate, aluminum silicate, barium silicate, strontium silicate, calcium myristate, tungstate metal salts, silicon dioxide, silicone, cellulose powder, hydroxyapatite, zeolite, boron nitride, ceramic powder, and inorganic powders such as lauroyl lysine. One or more of these may be used in combination.
[0023] Among them, the powder preferably contains one or more selected from mica, silicon dioxide, silicone, talc, cellulose powder and lauroyl lysine. Thus, the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic can give a matte finish after application.
[0024] The powder is more preferably an inorganic powder. Thus, the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic can be further given a matte finish after application.
[0025] The aspect ratio of mica is preferably 10 to 80, more preferably 20 to 60. By the aspect ratio of mica being 10 to 80, the water-in-oil type emulsified solid cosmetic can be further given a matte finish after coating.
[0026] Examples of the silicone used in the powder include (diphenyl dimethicone / vinyl diphenyl dimethicone / silsesquioxane) crosslinked polymers, (dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone) crosslinked polymers, (vinyl dimethicone / dimethicone silsesquioxane) crosslinked polymers, and (diphenyl dimethicone / vinyl diphenyl dimethicone / silsesquioxane) crosslinked polymers. Commercially available products thereof include the KSP series (KSP-100, KSP-101, KSP102, KSP-105, KSP-300, KSP-411, KSP-441 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.)).
[0027] The aqueous medium for dispersing the powder may be water or water and a lower alcohol, or a mixture with other aqueous media. The content of the aqueous medium in the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic is preferably 1% to 70% by mass, more preferably 3% to 60% by mass, and further preferably 5% to 50% by mass. The powder can be fully dispersed by setting the content of the aqueous medium in the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic to 1% to 70% by mass.

As the non-volatile liquid oil, for example, tri(caprylic acid / capric acid)glyceryl, tetraethylhexanoic acid pentaerythritol ester, etc., as the volatile liquid oil, for example, polydimethylsiloxane. By containing more than 15% by mass of residual oil relative to the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic in the outer oil phase, the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic can give a matte finish after application, while giving the user's skin a moisturizing feel. In particular, when the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic is a lipstick, the outer oil phase preferably contains more than 15% by mass of residual oil relative to the water-in-oil emulsified solid cosmetic.
