Fuel oil desulfurization process by ionic liquid extraction-photocatalytic oxidation method

The present invention discloses a desulfurization method for ionic liquid extraction-photocatalytic oxide fuel oil. The fuel oil and the ionic liquid are mixed and stirred into a reaction system according to the volume proportion of 1:10 to 1:0.1; one of H2O2, Fenton agent and O2 in the air is used as the oxidant and nano TiO2 is used as the photocatalyst; the oxidant and the photocatalyst are added into the mixed system of the ionic liquid and the fuel oil; a high-pressure mercury lamp is used as the light source for radiation; after reacting for 5 to 60 minutes, the fuel and the ionic liquid separate; the sulfocompound in the fuel oil is oxidized into polar substance and transferred into the ionic liquid for desulfurization from the fuel oil. The present invention adopts the cheap quaternary ammonium ion as the extractant and the ionic liquid can be recycled, thus reducing the reaction cost; the present invention is operated under normal temperature and pressure with simple equipment and convenient operation; the reaction time of the present invention is short, which is conducive to the industrial production.

Antimicrobial nanocomposite compositions, fibers and films

In the present disclosure, silver ions, copper ions, quaternary ammonium compounds and cationic drugs such as sulphanilamide, chlorhexidine acetate, etc., used as antibacterial agents are incorporated into fibers, filaments and films through nanoclays. The nanoclays serve as a carrier for the antimicrobial agents and are incorporated into the fiber-forming polymer. In one embodiment, the biocidal metals and organic compounds are incorporated into the clay structure via an ion exchange reaction. Nylon nanocomposite filaments and films based on copper and quaternary ammonium ion modified clays provide 100% antibacterial activity against Gram positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram negative Escherichia coli bacteria at an optimum clay loading of 0.75% (by weight), and the activity is retained up to 50 washes. The resulting filaments show enhanced mechanical properties such as tensile strength and modulus, and find application in areas of medical textiles like sutures, wound dressings and health & hygiene textiles. In addition, they can be integrated into protective clothing, body garments, sportswear and upholstery.

The invention discloses a novel crosslinked alkaline polyarylether anion exchange membrane, as well as a preparation method and application of the novel crosslinked alkaline polyarylether anion exchange membrane. The membrane is provided with a structure as shown in the formula (I); when the membrane is prepared, firstly, a polyarylether compound is dissolved in a polar solvent, and bromomethylated or chloromethylated under the protection of nitrogen, vacuum drying is performed after washing to obtain a bromomethylated or chloromethylated polyarylether compound, later the bromomethylated or chloromethylated polyarylether compound is dissolved in the polar solvent, a cross-linking reagent is added and reacted for 0.5 to 3h, and then a quaternization reagent is added to be reacted for 20 to 24h, thus the novel crosslinked alkaline polyarylether anion exchange membrane is prepared through coating and alkalization processes. The novel crosslinked alkaline polyarylether anion exchange membrane disclosed by the invention is formed by preparing polyaromatic ether sulfone containing quaternary ammonium ion exchange groups or a polyaryletherketone polymer, thereby having relatively high ionic conductivity and good thermal stability and alkaline stability, being capable of meeting operating requirements of an alkaline fuel cell anion exchange membrane and having relatively good application prospects.

The invention relates to a method for preparing quaternary ammonium hydroxide by electrolyzing organic ammonium salt with perfluorinated ion exchange membrane in chlor-alkali. By using an electrolytic tank which is constituted by providing a perfluorinated ion exchange membrane between electrodes and mainly consists of an anode compartment, a positive electrode, a perfluorinated ion exchange membrane, a negative electrode and a cathode compartment, and the method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: supplying the anode and cathode liquid to the anode and cathode compartment of the electrolytic tank respectively to perform electrochemical ion exchange, wherein the anode liquid is aqueous solution of quaternary ammonium salt, and the cathode liquid is quaternary ammonium hydroxide solution corresponding to quaternary ammonium ion of said quaternary ammonium salt; performing constant current electrolyzation by supplying direct current to the electrolytic tank, and conducting concentrating and crystallizing treatment on the outlet solution of the cathode electrode to obtain quaternary ammonium hydroxide. The method provided by the invention has simple technical process and high current efficiency, is easy to performing industrial amplification, so that the quaternary ammonium hydroxide obtained has high purity.
