The combination comprises the components in percentage by weight as follows: 5.0-40 percent of surfactant, 0.1-0.8 percent of hydroxypropyl guar gum trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.5-2 percent of glycerine, 0.05-0.1 percent of EDTA-2Na, 0.05-0.1 percent of bisabolol, 0.1-0.5 percent of antiseptic, 0.2-0.8 percent of thickener, 0.1-1 percent of essence and the balance of 100 percent of water, wherein the surfactant is formed by compounding cocoamidopropyl betaine, alkyl polyglucoside, sodium lauroylsarcosinate and PEG-80 sorbitan laurate. The washing and protecting combination is prepared by a natural amino-acid surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant which are low in excitation and good in foaming performance, can provide formula foaming power and lower formula degreasing power, prevents dryness of hair, meanwhile, can improve performance of wet rinse and dry carding on account of the added hydroxypropyl guar gum trimethyl ammonium chloride, can be absorbed by the hair and then plays excellent roles of preventing static electricity and conditioning, and can greatly buffer the excitation of the surfactant.

Method for preparing tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium chloride from phosphine generated in sodium hypophosphite production

The present invention relates to a method which uses the phosphine generated in the process of producing sodium hypophosphite to prepare tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium chloride. From the waste gas generated in the process of producing the sodium hypophosphite, the phosphine is collected and stored; aqueous solution is prepared with formaldehyde and hydrochloric acid according to the molar ratio of 4.05 to 4.15:1; the aqueous solution is pumped into an absorption column by an erosion-resistant pump and is sprayed down from the top of the column, the phosphine gas in a gas vessel is pumped into the absorption column by a gas pump, a synthesis reaction is carried out under the condition of temperature between 40 DEG C and 50 DEG C, the reaction formula is 4HCHO plus HCL plus PH3=(HOCH2)4PCL, and finally, the tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium chloride is prepared. The prepared tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium chloride is a quaternary alkylphosphonium salt bactericidal algicide, which does not pollute environment. The formaldehyde and the hydrochloric acid can thoroughly absorb the phosphine, thus realizing zero emission of toxic gas. The present invention resolves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the waste gas generated in the process of producing sodium hypophosphite.

Preparation method of anionic rosin trimethylolpropane ester emulsion

The invention discloses a preparation method of an anionic rosin trimethylolpropane ester emulsion, and relates to the technical field of chemical industry. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, adding rosin, trimethylolpropane and a catalyst E to a reactor, mixing under the protection of nitrogen, then increasing the temperature, and carrying out esterification reaction twice to obtain rosin trimethylolpropane ester, mixing and reacting a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution of which the content is 50% and an additive R aqueous solution of which the content is 30 to 50%, adjusting the pH value of a mixture of the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and the additive R aqueous solution by using sodium hydrogen sulfate to obtain an anionic polymer rosin emulsifier, and carrying out reaction on the anionic polymer rosin emulsifier and rosin trimethylolpropane ester, thus obtaining the anionic rosin trimethylolpropane ester emulsion. In comparison with the prior art, the anionic rosin trimethylolpropane ester emulsion is small in colloidal particles, difficult in agglomeration, less in foamability, stable in coating, and capable of keeping a good viscous force while effectively improving the initial viscous force and the stripping strength of an adhesive, and meets customer requirements.
