A preparation method comprises the following steps: putting the purified water into a dispersion reactor; respectively adding the hydroxypropyl guar gum and cellulose into the dispersion reactor; then adding the diluent, the wetting agent, the dispersant, the bactericide, the defoamer, the aluminosilicate, the talcum powder, the kaolin, the titanium dioxide, the heavy calcium, the wollastonite, the barite and the mildewproof powder; sand grinding the mixture; adding the defoamer, the propanediol, the styrene-acrylic emulsion, the anion additive, the thickener and the purified water into a paint mixing reactor; and finally adding sodium hydroxide and filtering and packing to obtain the anion healthy paint.
