The invention discloses a method for realizing precise
sintering temperature control in combination with a PID regulation and
control system, and relates to the technical field of
sintering processing, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining historical regulation and
control data of a heating unit under a current operation condition, extracting a minimum
effective response difference value between current input and temperature output, and generating a response identification threshold reference; and S2, based on the response identification threshold reference, performing amplitude evaluation on the real-time regulation and
control signal output by the proportional-integral-differential controller, and when the amplitude of the regulation and
control signal is lower than the response identification threshold reference for multiple times continuously and the temperature change is not caused, identifying as a dead zone response abnormal section. According to the invention, through response identification threshold value, dead zone and saturation identification, parameter self-adaptive correction and
simulation feedback adjustment, the identification and response capability of the
temperature control system to an abnormal state is enhanced, accurate output and dynamic optimization of a regulation and
control signal are realized, the stability, precision and consistency of
temperature control in a
sintering process are obviously improved, and the yield and the process reliability are improved.
