510 results about "Sturgeon" patented technology

Sturgeon is the common name for the 27 species of fish belonging to the family Acipenseridae. Their evolution dates back to the Triassic period some 245 to 208 million years ago. The family is grouped into four genera: Acipenser, Huso, Scaphirhynchus and Pseudoscaphirhynchus. Four species may now be extinct. Two closely related species, Polyodon spathula (American paddlefish) and Psephurus gladius (Chinese paddlefish, possibly extinct) are of the same order, Acipenseriformes, but are in the family Polyodontidae and are not considered to be "true" sturgeons. Both sturgeons and paddlefish have been referred to as "primitive fishes" because their morphological characteristics have remained relatively unchanged since the earliest fossil record. Sturgeons are native to subtropical, temperate and sub-Arctic rivers, lakes and coastlines of Eurasia and North America.

The invention discloses a harmless fabrication method of sturgeon taxidermy specimen. The harmless fabrication method comprises the following steps: A. stripping fish skin: dissecting the part from the pelvic fin to the anus along the centerline of the belly of a fish, and removing internal organs, muscles and the like; B. infusing and degreasing: moving the stripped fish skin together with the head into an infusing container, soaking the fish skin and the head by high-concentration alcohol, changing the alcohol at regular intervals, and conducting harmless treatment on liquid waste; C. conducting antiseptic treatment: arranging the soaked fish in clear water for softening, coating antiseptic miscellaneous reagents for fish specimens inside and outside the fish skin and the head; D. filling and sewing: taking a tree trunk as a support shaft rod so as to enable the fish skin to be stretched completely, and using nylon threads to sew the cut of the specimen; and E. shaping and displaying: fixing the fin rays of the specimen by a clamping plate, naturally drying the fin rays by air, filling the gill, installing ocular prosthesis, coating liquid paraffin on the whole specimen, and fixing the specimen on a display stand. The method is easy to implement, the operation is convenient, the specimen is infused and degreased thoroughly, the harmless reagent is long in antiseptic effect, and the specimen fabricated by the method is safe and environment-friendly.

Synchronous induced spawning for parent fish better solves the problem of sexual maturity through synchronous development of female and male parent fish. The invention discloses an artificial propagation method for sturgeon, which comprises the steps of selection of parent fish, parent fish rearing, induced spawning, artificial insemination, zygote hatching, artificial selection of fish fry, and fish fry rearing. In the artificial propagation method, by artificially reducing water temperature and ambient environment temperature, micro water flow is formed to simulate the ecological environment for the reproduction of sturgeon, the simulated ecological environment is similar to the conditions necessary for the reproduction of wild sturgeon in the natural world, and the artificial low temperature factor lasts for a long time, so as to always guarantee the low temperature environment for the maturity and awaiting delivery of parent fish of the sturgeon, and meet other condition requirements, so that the parent fish can rut and spawn all year round to finally achieve the factory production of the sturgeon fry; meanwhile, in the artificial propagation method, female parent fish and male parent fish of the sturgeon are separately put into an artificially simulated ecological environment for inducing oestrus, and then the degree of sexual maturity of the parent fish is identified to select the parent fish with basically developed sexual maturity.

Wild training method and wild training device for improving swimming capacity of released Yangtze sturgeons

The invention provides a wild training method and a wild training device for improving swimming capacity of released Yangtze sturgeons. The method includes: 1, preparation is carried out before an experiment; 2, adjustment and testing of water flows are carried out; 3, experiment sturgeons are introduced; 4, water flow training of the Yangtze sturgeons is carried out; and 5, finish time of the water flow training is carried out. According to the device, a river diversion screen and a submerged pump are installed in the middle of a cultivation bucket. A frequency converting controller is connected with the submerged pump through a wire, a water outlet of the submerged pump is connected with conduits, flow jetting holes are formed in the conduits, a water outlet pipe is installed in the middle of the cultivation bucket and has water level adjustment, and a water inlet pipe is connected on the upper portion of the cultivation bucket. By adoption of the training method, after the Yangtze sturgeons at different stages are trained, swimming capacities are all obviously improved. After training, water flow sensory capacities of the Yangtze sturgeons are improved, limiting swimming speed is high, and continuous swimming time in high-speed water flows is long.

Digitized monitoring method for Chinese sturgeon natural reserve

The invention discloses a digitized monitoring method for a Chinese sturgeon natural reserve, belonging to an aquatic animal monitoring method which aims to solve the problems of data storage marks, underwater base station receiving and wireless transmission. The method has the technical scheme that acoustic marks, wireless marks and integrated passive repeater marks are adopted to singly mark or multiply mark young Chinese sturgeons. The method is characterized in that the center of the reserve is used as a base point; fixed float bowls are arranged every 7km in the north-south direction, and each float bowl is provided with a sonar signal receiving device; the signal receiving in the north-south direction covers a water area of about 60km wide; the sonar receiving device is used for receiving, and data signals are amplified and transmitted to a base station on land in a wireless transmission mode; a young Chinese sturgeon reserve is provided with 4-7 environment monitoring stations, and on-line water quality monitoring equipment is utilized to monitor the conditions of the hydrology, the meteorology, the water quality, and the like in real time; and obtained information is transmitted back to the base station in the wireless transmission mode. The method is used for Chinese sturgeon monitoring.

Compound feed for female parent fishes of sturgeons

The invention discloses a compound feed for female parent fishes of sturgeons. The compound feed is prepared in the following craft processes of: preparing raw material components into a mixture according to a processing method of a powdered feed, adjusting water and fish oil, and carrying out extrusion and pelleting. The powdered mixture comprises the following raw material components: degreased fish meal, alpha-starch, extruded soybeans, extruded corns, oligopeptide bean pulp, oligopeptide soluble fish meal, feather peptide powder, beer yeast, mineral substances, multivitamins for the fish, choline chloride, monocalcium phosphate and the like. Compared with the other sturgeon feeds, the compound feed disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the content of oligopeptide protein is remarkably increased, the use level of the fish meal is obviously reduced, not only is the culturing cost lowered, and the baiting performance and the nutrition characteristic can be improved as well. With the adoption of the compound feed for the female parent fishes of the sturgeons, the nutrition state of a female parent fish population of the sturgeons can be greatly improved, the maturing of sexual glands of the female parent fishes are promoted, and the reproductive performances such as the egg laying amount and the quality of ova are improved.
