The device mainly comprises a plane reflector, a linear motion platform, a rotary motion platform and an inner wall camera, wherein the plane reflector stretches into the circular-hole workpiece from the bottom of the circular-hole workpiece under the support of a sliding platform and reflects images of the inner wall of the circular-hole workpiece; the inner wall camera is mounted above the circular-hole workpiece, and an image forming surface of the inner wall camera is perpendicular to a reflection surface of the plane reflector; the circular-hole workpiece is driven to move to a starting height by the linear motion platform, is driven to rotate to a starting angle by the rotary motion platform and then is photographed so as to obtain the images of the inner wall of the circular-hole workpiece.
