wind power bolts of various specifications. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, arranging strain gauges; 2, a centering bush is selected and installed; 3, a clamp tool is installed; 4,
wind power bolts are installed; 5, a spherical
gasket and a nut are arranged in a sleeving mode; step 6, pre-tightening the nut; step 7, testing the coaxiality; and step 8, carrying out a tensile test on the electrified bolt with qualified coaxiality judgment by the testing
machine. According to the invention, the clamp tool, the spherical
washer and the centering
bushing are adopted, so that the axis of the stud is ensured to be overlapped with the force application axis of a testing
machine when the stud is loaded, and bending stress caused by unbalance loading is eliminated. And the spherical
gasket can adaptively adjust the small angle deviation, so that the load is uniformly transmitted, and the
stress concentration at the root of the thread is effectively inhibited. Meanwhile, the bending deformation rate is monitored and calculated through a
strain gauge, and the coaxiality is quantitatively verified, so that the accuracy and reliability of
test data (such as tensile strength and fatigue life) are ensured.
