The invention provides a NIR (Near
Infrared Spectrum) undamaged identification authenticity method for wild
ginseng, belonging to the field of
traditional Chinese medicine detection technology. The invention aims to solve the problems that the identification result is uncertain and the wild
ginseng shape is normally damaged in the identification process in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps of: collecting spectroscopic data of wild
ginseng and artificial ginseng, extracting a
primary component variable as an input variable by a
primary component analysis method, setting an attribute code of the wild ginseng and artificial ginseng for being used as an object variable, training a network according to the input variable and the object variable, and establishing a BP (Back Propagation)
artificial neural network model; collecting spectroscopic data of a sample to be identified, carrying out
simulation through the established BP
artificial neural network model, outputting a predicted value of the sample to be identified, and judging the sample to be identified with the reference to the attribute code of the wild ginseng and artificial ginseng, wherein when the predicted value of the sample to be identified is matched with the attribute code, the wild ginseng is identified to be real; otherwise, the ginseng is identified to be artificial. The method provided by the invention does not need a pretreatment and sampling procedure in the whole identification process, cannot damage the sample of the wild ginseng, and can realize rapid, undamaged and accurate identification.
