This technology aims to resolve the problems of conventional
chicken manure treatment by promoting complete
fermentation to eliminate the source of
odor and gas generation. Since existing fermented
chicken manure is in
powder form, it generates a large amount of dust when sprayed, causing inconvenience to urban farmers and consumers. To address this, the technology seeks to explore possibilities such as mechanical
automation to simplify use by forming the
manure into balls with a
diameter of 4 to 10 mm. Furthermore, it seeks to develop
environmentally friendly products by diversifying the scope of application for
chicken manure to include greenhouses, urban gardens, and companion plants. The present invention relates to a technology for an odorless chicken
manure ball and a method for manufacturing the same, for use as an
organic fertilizer for urban use with chicken
manure as the main
raw material. More specifically, the technology involves using
starch as a
plant powder to produce a seed that forms a
nucleus inside the chicken manure ball, mixing and maturing dry chicken manure with enzymes and microorganisms for more than 30 days to obtain fully fermented chicken manure, crushing the chicken manure to a certain particle size to obtain a blended
powder containing a small amount of
bentonite or
biotite, and then obtaining an odorless chicken manure ball with a structure in which the blended powder and the mixture of enzymes and microorganisms surround the seed.
