The Bacillus aryabhattai J5 has functions of producing auxin, siderophore, ammonia and protease, dissolving phosphorus, resisting to salt, realizing antagonism, and the like. As the strain is capable of growing normally in a culture medium with salt content equal to 11%, the strain has good potential in eliminating soil salinization. As content of siderophore produced by the strain is up to 53.7%, the strain has effective disease-prevention property. By the strain, corn seed germination rate can be increased by 12.5%, and accordingly the strain has good growth promoting effect.
