The macroporous polyurethane filler can provide a micro-aerobic environment for anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria and can adapt to the agglomeration growth characteristics of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria; bacteria such as AOB, NOB, etc. can be eliminated, and high purity anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria with high abundance can be obtained.
