The invention discloses a
pear blight antagonistic bacterium LKYHC-2 and belongs to
bacillus mojavensis. The length of 16S rDNA
nucleotide sequence of the antagonistic bacterium is 1390bp, the antagonistic bacterium is preserved in China General
Microbiological Culture Collection Center on November 29th 2018, and a preservation number of the bacterium is CGMCC No.16838. A
bacterial colony of the antagonistic bacterium LKYHC-2 is milk white on an LB
solid culture medium, the middle of the
bacterial colony is concave, the concave is not obvious, the
bacterial colony is not transparent, the bacterial colony has wrinkles, the bacterial colony can generate red
pigment of
gram positive bacterium, and the
gram positive bacterium is in a rod shape and has spores. The antagonistic bacterium LKYHC-2can be applied to preventing and treating
pear blight, and a relative inhibition rate of the antagonistic bacterium to
hypha of
pathogenic bacteria of the
pear blight is 88.84%; after the antagonistic bacterium LKYHC-2 is applied to fields to prevent and treat the pear blight, a scab
cure rate is 66.67%, and a scab relapsing rate is 13.33%. The antagonistic bacterium is safe to environment, humanand
livestock and solves the problem of
drug resistance generated by using
chemical agents to prevent and treat the pear blight for a long time.
