Abstract

The invention discloses a method for biologically purifying an eutrophic water body. The method particularly comprises the following steps: independently culturing a microbial flocculant, a compound enzyme preparation, and a compound microbial preparation by use of a fermentation tank culture medium; mixing the microbial flocculant, the compound enzyme preparation and the compound microbial flocculant in proportion to obtain a microbe, then adding water with 10 times of weight, uniformly mixing, and restoring the water body into a transparent state by adding a predetermined quantity of microbes to every ton of a target water area; restoring a submerged plant in the target water area to keep the water body in a stable and clear state; and adding an aquatic animal to the target water area to enhance the biological diversity of the water body and keep the ecological stability of the current water body. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for thoroughly improving the water quality and restoring the ecological balance of the water body by forming a multi-stage effect through the combined action of the microbe with a synergistic function, the submerged plant and the aquatic animal and has the advantages of easiness for operation, low cost, no biological side effect and no secondary pollution generation.
