According to the high-yield freshwater crayfish culture method, the pond, the seed throw-in quantity, the feeding quantity and time, the water quality, fishing and the like are reasonably controlled to greatly reduce harms of natural enemies, germs and the like to the crayfishes, the crayfish survival rate and growing speed are high, the yield is high, and further, economic benefits are improved. The cultivated crayfishes are delicate in meat and delicious in taste, has rich nutrition, including protein and the like, and is unique in flavor.
