This invention discloses a mildew- and corrosion-resistant particleboard and its preparation method. The mildew- and corrosion-resistant particleboard prepared by this invention has high mechanical strength and good anti-corrosion and mildew-resistant effects. It is made from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 800-1200 parts of particleboard and 50-200 parts of composite adhesive. The composite adhesive is made from the following components in parts by weight: 35-160 parts of soybean glue, 5-20 parts of curing agent, 5-10 parts of mildew inhibitor, and 5-10 parts of corrosion inhibitor. The combined use of polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin and dimethyloldihydroxyethylene urea in the adhesive components improves the static bending strength of the particleboard; the combined use of n-butylbenzisothiazolinone and dimethoxymethylsilylpropyloctadecyldimethylammonium chloride improves the mildew resistance of the particleboard; and the combined use of modified chitosan copper complex and ammonium pentaborate improves the corrosion resistance of the material, with synergistic effects.

The modified organic hydrotalcite paste prepared by the present application is used for cotton fabric insoluble azo dye printing, and the printed fabric prepared has the characteristics of higher paste removal rate (higher than 92%), good softness, high profile definition, higher penetration rate (higher than 87%), higher dry rubbing fastness and higher soaping color fastness grade, and has good application prospect.
