This epitope-based vaccine is designed to induce a specific humoral immune response against Lumpy Skin Disease virus without the use of live virus.This invention provides an alternative for developing a safer vaccine, specific to local Indonesian isolates, and potentially reducing post-vaccination side effects. It is hoped that this invention can be used to prevent Lumpy Skin Disease in cattle and buffalo.
