The invention belongs to the field of identification management and data acquisition in the slaughtering process of a live pig. The individual identification of the live pig is butted into subsequent terminal identification and printed through the middle identification of a carcass electronic tag by adopting the modular design of ultrahigh frequency RFID (radio frequency identification devices) identification and data acquisition on the whole. The invention provides a pig carcass identification and data acquisition method based on the ultrahigh frequency RFID technology. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) identification and data acquisition for an ear tag designated by the Ministry of Agriculture on the slaughtering line; (2) identification of the ultrahigh frequency RFID of the pig carcass and interference-free identification and data acquisition on the slaughtering line; and (3) conversion of the carcass tag into a traceable bar code tag in a supermarket. In the whole design, the concept of modularization design is adopted; the traditional management method of a breeding file, using laws and regulations of feed additives and veterinary medicaments and the like are combined; and the software and hardware technology of a mobile intelligent terminal and the modern wireless communication technology are integrated.
