dielectric regulation and control and charge dissipation composite coatings on the inner and outer surfaces of a
vacuum arc extinguish chamber, which is characterized in that
dielectric regulation and control coatings are constructed on the inner and outer surfaces of a
metal sealing ring to improve the
electric field distribution, and charge dissipation coatings are constructed on the inner and outer surfaces of a
ceramic shell to improve the
electric field distribution. The
surface charge discharge is promoted; the two coatings have a synergistic effect and can effectively relieve
electric field concentration and prevent
surface charge accumulation, so that the surface insulation performance of the inner surface and the outer surface of the
vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is remarkably improved; the
dielectric regulation and control
coating material adopts one or two of aluminum
oxide and
magnesium oxide, and is constructed on the inner surface and the outer surface of the
metal sealing ring by a
plasma spraying method; the charge dissipation
coating is prepared on the inner surface and the outer surface of the porcelain shell through a
slurry coating and
sintering process, and is made of one or two of
zinc oxide and
chromic oxide; the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber has the functions of electric field homogenization and
charge discharge, the overall
voltage withstanding level of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber can be remarkably improved, the process is mature, and the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber can be directly applied to an existing vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber
production line.
