A compressible interposer comprising an interposer sheet having a plurality of apertures filled with a dielectric material having a substantially uniform suspension of conductive particles therein forming a plurality of conductive sites. Preferably, the number of conductive sites on the interposer are greater in number than the number of contact pads on the electronic components such that precise alignment of the interposer between the electronic components is not required. The apertures of the interposer sheet confine the conductive particles within the dielectric material such that during compression of the interposer between the electronic components, z-axis conductive pathways are formed without shorting in the x and y directions. Preferably, the interposer sheet comprises polyimide. Preferably, the dielectric material comprises polyimide-siloxane. The method comprises thefollowing steps of: setting the optimum value of the change rate delta T/delta t of the air suction degree of superheat, and setting the initial opening of the expansion valve as 80 percent of total opening; taking a temperature difference between an average temperature value at an air suction port of a compressor and the saturated evaporating temperature as the air suction degree of superheat when the compressor runs to the state of the stable running of the system; measuring and calculating the air suction degree of superheat at the interval time delta t; calculating the change rate of the actual air suction degree of superheat according to the adjacent two-time air suction degree of superheat, comparing with the set optimum value of the change rate of the air suction degree of superheat, and when the change rate of the actual air suction degree of superheat is less than or equal to A, reducing the opening of the expansion valve; when the change rate of the actual air suction degreeof superheat is more than 0, increasing the opening of the expansion valve; and when the change rate of the actual air suction degree of superheat is more than A and is less than or equal to 0, maintaining the current running state.

The invention relates to a detection device for a three-dimensional temperature field in a combustion chamber of a single-CCD imaging system. The detection device comprises a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant water cooling jacket, an endoscope, a color industrial plane array CCD camera and a data acquisition and analysis unit, wherein the water cooling jacket is used for forming an embedded type protective housing in equipment, the light path of the endoscope is cooled through a water coil and the blowing of an inert gas, and a pressure resistant lens at the front end the jacket is protected so as to maintain the normal operation of the endoscope; the endoscope is used for leading radiating images out of a high-temperature and high-pressure furnace through the light path; the color industrial plane array CCD camera is used for imaging the radiating images of visible light wave band; and the data acquisition and analysis unit is used for acquiring the radiating images of different focal planes and measuring the three-dimensional temperature field by an optical stratified imaging method and a colorimetric temperature measurement method. The invention also relates to a detection method for the three-dimensional temperature field. Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the three-dimensional temperature field detection on the baisi of the single-CCD camera can be realized, the technical scheme is realized simply, and the device and the method can be applied to harsh environments, such as high temperature, high pressure and the like, and are easy to popularize in the industrial production field.

A gate wire including a gate line, a gate electrode, a gate pad and a gate line connector and a common signal wire are formed on a substrate, and a gate insulating layer is formed over the gate wire and the common signal wire. A semiconductor layer and an ohmic contact layer are sequentially formed on the gate insulating layer, a data wire including a source and a drain electrode, a data line, a data pad and a data line connector and a pixel electrode are formed thereon. The thickness of the data wire and the pixel electrode is equal to or less than 500 Å. A passivation layer is formed on the data wire and the pixel electrode, a redundant data wire is formed thereon, and a redundant gate pad and a redundant gate line connector are formed. The redundant data wire is electrically connected to the data wire through the contact holes in the passivation layer, and the redundant gate pad and the redundant gate line connector are electrically connected to the gate pad and the gate line connector respectively through the contact holes in the passivation layer and the gate insulating layer. The redundant gate line connector and the redundant data line connector are connected to each other to short the gate and the data wires. After an alignment layer is formed and rubbed, the edge of the panel is cut away to remove the gate line connector and the data line connector.
