A group of coils are arranged around a measured object, the centers of the coils are in the same plane, and any one coil can be used as both an exciting coil and a measuring coil; when a coil is used as an exciting coil, the rest coils are used as measuring coils; the exciting coil is electrified with alternating current, the eddy current sensing signal is detected through the measuring coils; and then all the coils are traversed in sequence and respectively used as the exciting coils, the measurement signals are detected through the measuring coils, and the impedance distribution image of the measured object in the fractured layer of the coil centers can be reconstructed according to all the measured data through a magnetic induction tomography algorithm. According to the invention, on the premise that the coil assembly and the measured object arekept stationary during the measuring process of a traditional magnetic induction tomography system, one coil is arranged at one position, thus the number of the coils is reduced by 50%, the coupling relation among the coils is simplified, and the measurement precision and stability of the data acquisition system are improved.
