A main camera acquires an object or a scene required to be shot; an auxiliary camera acquires complete face information of a photographer and image information; whether the facial expression, which is captured by the auxiliary camera, of the photographer or the image information of an action of the photographer is matched with a preset condition or not is judged; and if the facial expression, which is captured by the auxiliary camera, of the photographer or the image information of the action of the photographer is matched with the preset condition, a shooting shutter procedure is triggered, and a photo is shot. By using the method, the shooting means of the mobile equipment is flexible; when the photographer inconveniently touches a shuttle key, a photo can be shot by a simple facial expression or a simple action of the photographer; and moreover, a shutter triggering method is in a non-contact mode, and the possibility of blurring of photos due to manual shaking is greatly reduced.
