The NLRP12 overexpression PDLSCs is applied to a rat experimental periodontitis model in vivo, inflammatory reaction is remarkably relieved, and periodontal tissue regeneration of periodontitis rats is promoted. Mechanism research shows that the NLRP12 alleviates the inflammatory response of PDLSCs and osteogenic differentiation inhibition by inhibiting an NF-kappa B pathway.
