The method is performed through following steps: capturing a real scenario image at any time; determining the light source position information based on the position, time and data of the real scenario image; decoding the real scenario image; based on the decoded results, identifying from pre-set three-dimensional virtual models the three-dimensional virtual model that fits the real scenario image with the result of acquiring the virtual scenario and the touch information; and based on the three-dimensional virtual model that fits the touch information and the real scenario image, generating a three-dimensional virtual object. According to the invention, the generated three-dimensional virtual object raises interaction, allowing a user to observe a virtual world more directly. Second, according to the light source position information, location information, and inclination information, the shadowed part of the three-dimensional virtual object can be determined. When the real scenario image, the three dimensional virtual object and the shadowed part of the three dimensional virtual object are overlapped, it generates an augmented reality image about to be on display. Further more, the shadowed part makes a virtual scenario more pleasant to eyes and brings better user interaction experience.

The image has the feature of a ''CT-simulative'' image, and the obtained true color image overcomes the defect of loss of information content of a CT-scannedgrayscale image. The method is simple and fast in image acquisition, is low in cost of image acquisition, and is convenient for application and popularization, and the information content of an obtained image is complete.
