collagen type I is dissolved in acid to prepare a
collagen type I solution; then, an alkali is added to adjust the pH value, so as to prepare
collagen type I fibers; then, the collagen type I fibers are processed and molded, and gradient freeze-
drying is performed, so as to prepare a collagen type I membrane; then, the collagen type I membrane is crosslinked with a crosslinking agent, so as to prepare the double-layer guided tissue regeneration membrane; wherein, the concentration of the collagen type I solution is 0.5-1.5%, and the pH value is 7-9. The double-layer guided tissue regeneration membrane prepared by the above preparation method is composed of a dense layer and a loose layer formed on the surface of the dense layer, the thickness of the dense layer is 0.2-0.8 mm, and the thickness of the loose layer is 0.4-0.8 mm. The tensile strength is greater than or equal to 28 N, the suture strength is greater than or equal to 4.7 N, and the
porosity is greater than or equal to 65.8%, which effectively solves the problems of insufficient mechanical performance and low
biological safety of the existing double-layer guided tissue regeneration membrane. The preparation process is simple, green and large-scale.
