performance index; performing health constraint on the to-be-tested bed screen through the
health safety constraint logic to obtain a health and
comfort index; quantifying the bed screen to be detected by combining the dynamic fatigue response data and the material
creep behavior data to obtain a durability
stability index; calculating a
score of the bed screen to be tested in combination with a support
performance index, a health and
comfort index and a durability and
stability index; and generating a reverse optimization strategy for the to-be-tested bed screen based on the
score of the to-be-tested bed screen. According to the invention, bed screen evaluation with strong supporting feeling and
human health can be realized, so that the problems that an existing bed screen is soft and weak, and spine
instability is easily caused by long-time leaning are solved.
