Compared with a traditional controller based on a localmodel design, method and device better consider the influence of the peripheral VSG, so that better coordination work between VSGs is realized, and the stability of a power grid system is improved.

The wind-diesel hybrid power system comprises a wind power generation sub-system and a diesel engine sub-system. The dynamic power system load frequency coordination method comprises the stepsof: 1) constructing a dynamic power system model considering communication time lag and comprising a doubly-fed wind power generation system and a thermal power generation system; 2) applying hybrid deviation to frequency management of the doubly-fed wind power generation system and the thermal power generation system by means of a frequency divider; 3) for a thermal power generator set, designingdouble-loop compensation control based on a low-frequency component of the hybrid deviation, so as to improve robustness and dynamic response of load frequency control; 4) and for a doubly-fed wind turbine generator set, designing a proportional-integral controller based on a high-frequency component of the hybrid deviation so as to support frequency adjustment of the thermal power generator set,and optimizing a multi-objective function by utilizing a particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain PI controller parameters. Compared with the prior art, the dynamic power system load frequencycoordination method has the advantages that the system robustness is high, the doubly-fed wind power generation system can assist in system frequency management, the load frequency deviation is smaller, the recovery speed is faster and the like.

Multi-source microgrid frequency coordination method based on adaptive robust control

The invention relates to a multi-source microgrid frequency coordination method based on adaptive robust control. The method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing a multi-source microgrid system containing a plurality of groups of photovoltaic systems, a diesel engine system, an energy storage system and various types of loads; (2) setting the frequency modulation power of the photovoltaic systems to obtain the adjustable frequency deviation ranges of the photovoltaic systems, and setting a frequency deviation threshold value according to the adjustable frequency deviation ranges; (3) proposing a frequency coordination strategy so that coordinated operation is carried out on the photovoltaic systems and the energy storage system according to the frequency deviation threshold value, and participating once frequency adjustment of the multi-source microgrid system; (4) constructing a sliding mode load frequency controller based on the diesel engine system; and (5) taking the output command of the sliding mode load frequency controller as the compensation dosage of twice frequency adjustment of the diesel engine system, and completing frequency coordination in combination with the proposed frequency coordination strategy. Compared with the prior art, the multi-source microgrid frequency coordination method has the advantages of actively participating frequency adjustment,being high in robustness, reducing frequent action and power configurations of the energy storage system and the like.

Load prediction-based frequency modulation control method for energy storage type hydraulic wind generator set

The invention discloses a load prediction-based frequency modulation control method for an energy storage type hydraulic wind generator set. A control system comprises a wind wheel module, a hydraulicmain drive system module, a hydraulic energy storage system module, a generator grid-connection module and a prediction module. Future load condition is predicted according to detected power grid data. When load fluctuation is predicted, a pitch angle of the wind wheel module, a variable motor swing angle of the hydraulic main drive system module and active power output by a variable pump/motor swing angle control system of the hydraulic energy storage system module are controlled, so that a frequency of a generator is stabilized through advanced response to the load fluctuation. A principleof coordinating the active power is starting regulation and control to compensate the response hysteresis of the element when the fluctuation is about to start according to a prediction result. The variable pump/motor swing angle is regulated and controlled preferentially, the power input into the generator is adjusted through regulation and control over the variable motor swing angle, and meanwhile, the pitch angle of the wind wheel module is controlled. The input wind power is changed, so that the frequency of the system is stabilized.

The channel comprises a transmitting channel, a receiving channel and a dual-rotation circularly polarized antenna, and is characterized in that the transmitting channel performs digital-to-analog processing on data received from a baseband and performs up-conversion amplification to form a radio frequency signal transmitted by the antenna, the receiving channel converts a received radio frequency signal into a low frequency signal, the low frequency signal is sent to the baseband after analog-to-digital conversion, the dual-rotation circularly polarized antenna is used for transmitting and receiving the radio frequency signal, a narrowband signal and a broadband signal in a downlink signal are received by the same rotation direction antenna, and a narrow-band signal and a broadband signal in the uplink signal are transmitted by the left-handed circularly polarized antenna and the right-handed circularly polarized antenna respectively; and both the transmitting channel and the receiving channel adopt zero intermediate frequency sampling structures. Based on the requirements of frequency coordination on the rotation directions of antennas of different frequency bands, narrowband signals and broadband signals are received, combined and transmitted, and a zero intermediate frequency structure is adopted to reduce the power consumption of a radio frequency channel and reduce the volume and the weight.
