Abstract

The invention discloses a load prediction-based frequency modulation control method for an energy storage type hydraulic wind generator set. A control system comprises a wind wheel module, a hydraulicmain drive system module, a hydraulic energy storage system module, a generator grid-connection module and a prediction module. Future load condition is predicted according to detected power grid data. When load fluctuation is predicted, a pitch angle of the wind wheel module, a variable motor swing angle of the hydraulic main drive system module and active power output by a variable pump/motor swing angle control system of the hydraulic energy storage system module are controlled, so that a frequency of a generator is stabilized through advanced response to the load fluctuation. A principleof coordinating the active power is starting regulation and control to compensate the response hysteresis of the element when the fluctuation is about to start according to a prediction result. The variable pump/motor swing angle is regulated and controlled preferentially, the power input into the generator is adjusted through regulation and control over the variable motor swing angle, and meanwhile, the pitch angle of the wind wheel module is controlled. The input wind power is changed, so that the frequency of the system is stabilized.
