synchronizing the external conditions of a
power grid, and completing AGC modeling and
power grid modeling; setting a control parameter range, a setting step length and test
verification time which need to be set to form a control parameter combination to be set, and starting a control closed-loop
simulation test from the first group of control parameter combination; acquiring initial
power flow and frequency, calculating regional control deviation, and decomposing the regional control deviation to form a control strategy; executing the control strategy, calculating the
power flow and frequency of the
power grid at the next moment when the strategy is executed, and carrying out alternate iteration until the test
verification time is reached; calculating a control
performance index in the
verification time, and recording the performance of the current control parameter combination; selecting a next group of control parameter combinations, and repeating the closed-loop
simulation test process until all the control parameter combinations are traversed; and selecting a control parameter combination meeting a set condition to generate a recommendation report.
