broadband network one-key intelligent diagnosis method and
system based on
user perception data, and the overall technical path is developed around the six links of data fusion,
feature modeling, intelligent reasoning,
root cause mining, suggestion generation and closed-loop tracking, and a fusion diagnosis
system oriented to poor-quality users, complaint users and low-full users is constructed. According to the method, multi-source
heterogeneous information such as network operation data, user service awareness data, Wi-Fi equipment data, terminal identification data and fault report data is broken through by constructing a
broadband fusion diagnosis agent, and a user
network awareness state map is constructed; and
machine learning technologies such as
time sequence modeling, event clustering,
causal reasoning, feature enhancement and the like are combined to realize real-time portrait construction,
