The system comprises an automobile driver kinematics and dynamics parameter test unit and a data processing and analyzing unit, wherein the automobile driver kinematics and dynamics parameter test unit comprises a three-dimensional adjustable cab simulation platform module, a steering wheel resistance moment simulation module, a steering wheel corner and torque test module and a human body kinematics test module; and the data processing and analyzing unit comprises a data filtering module, a data analyzing module and a comfort evaluation module. The method for evaluating the steering control comfort of the automobile driver in the system comprises the steps: collecting kinematics and dynamics parameters of the driver to be tested by using each module in the automobile driver kinematics and dynamics parameter test unit, carrying out filtering, analyzing and evaluation on the collected kinematics and dynamics parameters by using each module in the data processing and analyzing unit, and then completing the evaluation on the steering control comfort of the automobile driver. Simulation test bed for novel electro-hydraulic steering system of commercial vehicle

The invention discloses a simulation test bed for a novel electro-hydraulic steering system of a commercial vehicle. The simulation test bed is used for the research of steering characteristics, the development and verification of steering assisting control strategies as well as the monitoring and evaluation of steering control effects of the novel electro-hydraulic steering system of the commercial vehicle. The test bed is composed of a simulation scene display device, a real-time simulation platform, a hydraulic power assisting system, a driver control device, a mechanical steering system, an electric power assisting device, a steering resistance simulation device, a base frame and a seat; the simulation scene display device is used for displaying vehicle states and control effects in real time; the electric power assisting device is used for improving the steering characteristic of the steering system, and integrating other chassis electronic control systems; and the steering resistance simulation device is used for simulating steering resistance between tires and the ground. According to the test bed, based on real-time interaction between the driver and the steering system and the real-time scene simulation of the simulation scene display device, and a hardware platform can be provided for the research of the steering characteristics and the development and verification of the steering assisting control strategies of the novel electro-hydraulic steering system of the commercial vehicle.

Novel electronic power steering system testing platform and testing method thereof

The invention provides a novel electronic power steering system testing platform and a testing method thereof. A steering wheel is installed on an input shaft; a servo motor I uses a reduction box and a synchronous belt to drive the input shaft to make rotation, thereby realizing two kinds of ways of servo loading and hand-operated loading. A torque sensor and an angle sensor are connected to the input shaft. An output terminal of a tested piece electronic power steering (EPS) system a is connected with a damping loading unit by a gear wheel and rack driving mechanism; and bidirectional data transmission among an input loading and detection device, the tested piece EPS system, and an upper computer control and signal processing system is carried out. The upper computer simulates a road condition; and the damping unit is controlled to simulate performance testing and steering hand-feeling testing with a damping moment. The damping loading unit is formed by combination of a magnetic powder brake and a servo motor; the magnetic powder brake outputs a large damping moment; and quick control of the small moment is realized based on characteristics of quick response and precise control of the servo motor. Therefore, precise and quick control of the damping torque of the testing platform is realized on the condition of cost consideration.

Electric loading test device and method for automobile steering system

The invention provides an electric load test device for automobile steering system. A driving speed signal and a steering wheel rotation angle which is detected by a rotation angle sensor or a displacement sensor are inputted in a controller. According to a vehicle model, the controller calculates and generates a dynamic steering system loading command force signal in real time. The loading command force signal, a practical loading force signal detected by a tension and pressure sensor, and the rotation angle or displacement signal detected by the rotation angle sensor or the displacement sensor are all together inputted in a feedforward compensation module and a PID force closed-loop control module (control scheme 1) or a two freedom degree internal mold force control module (control scheme 2) of the controller to calculate a loading force control signal which is used for loading rectilinear moving force on the gear rack of the steering device of the steering system. The electric load test device has quick system response speed, and can correctly simulate the returnable force of the steering system and high frequency (20Hz-40Hz) vibratory force caused by a plurality of interference factors such as the shimmy of the steering wheel and uneven road surface and so on under varieties of running conditions.
