The invention discloses a multifunctional test bed for simulating condition by a one-quarter suspension of a vehicle, comprising a T-shaped groove base, a test bed support frame, an actuating bench assembly and a vehicle suspension assembly. The test bed support frame is arranged on one side of the T-shaped groove base; and the actuating bench assembly is arranged on the other side of the T-shaped groove base. The vehicle suspension assembly is arranged on a working disk of the actuating bench assembly; and the vibration response of a vehicle body and unsprung mass can be obtained by simulating the road surface vibration through the output of an actuating bench. The multifunctional test bed has multiple functions, can meet simulation condition tests of transverse arm type, multi-link type and Macphersan type suspension systems in the suspension forms, meet simulation condition tests of passive, semi-active and active suspension systems in the types and meet actual condition tests and pseudo-dynamic tests in the simulation modes. According to the test results, the invention not only can analyze the performance of single vibration absorber, but also can analyze the overall performance of the suspension and can verify control effects of magnetorheological semi-active suspension under different control strategies.

The invention belongs to the vehicle test apparatus field and especially relates to a six-dimensional parallel-connection test bench for an automobile suspension test. The six-dimensional parallel-connection test bench comprises a support rack for installing a suspension. The suspension is arranged on the support rack and is connected with wheels, a suspension spring and a damper. A road-condition simulation apparatus is connected below the wheels and comprises a bearing installation plate and a simulation plate, wherein the simulation plate is contacted with the wheels. A six-dimensional parallel mechanism is connected between the simulation plate and an installation plate. The road-condition simulation apparatus also comprises a position detection mechanism, wherein the position detection mechanism is fixed on the installation plate, is used for detecting motion quantity of the simulation plate, is connected with the bottom of the simulation plate and is provided with a triaxial gyroscope for detecting an inclination angle of the simulation plate. Pull and pressure sensors for detecting a bearing condition of the suspension and suspension displacement sensors for detecting change quantity of the suspension spring and the damper are mounted on the top of the suspension spring and the damper. A load mechanism is disposed on the top of the support rack and is connected with the suspension spring and the damper.
