The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant gas-sensitive material and belongs to the technical field of gas sensor technologies. The method comprises the following steps: taking corn straws, corn leaves and rice hulls as raw materials and putting the same into hydrochloric acid to soak and dissolve part of tissue fibers, separating the plant fibers, corroding byusing citric acid so as to modify a fiber tube, so that the roughness degree of the tube wall of the fiber tube is increased, meanwhile, introducing a large amount of carboxyl group chelating zinc ions and generating nano-scale zinc oxide molecules through the reaction of diethylamine, adsorbing a large amount of zinc ions by the plant fibers through chelating so as to enable the generated nano-zinc oxide to be embedded into the plant fiber tube, and expanding to form holes, thereby increasing the contact area between the nano-scale zinc oxide and the air, and then, carbonizing the plant fibers, so that the zinc oxide molecules exist in the carbon environment, and the zinc oxide is difficult to corrode by external substances, simultaneously, the heat-conduction heat resistance of the carbon fiber is good, the heat resistance of the gas-sensitive material can be obviously improved, and a good application prospect is achieved.
