adhesive tape is separated from the to-be-torn film or the corner of the to-be-torn film is torn off is greatly reduced, and the success rate that the to-be-torn film forms the tearing angle is effectively increased; meanwhile,
diagonal film tearing is formed based on relative movement of the glass and the clamping jaws, the risk that the protective film is torn or falls off is reduced, and more labor-saving and efficient film tearing is achieved; on the other hand, a torn film is clamped based on a film stripping chuck and cooperates with
airflow blowing to separate an
adhesive self-clamping jaw so as to improve the film stripping success rate, and in combination with
butt joint of upper and lower film stripping
system self-carrying tables which are reversely arranged, the direction of the film to be torn is switched in a turnover-free manner, so that the glass
pollution or
collision risk is remarkably reduced, the product yield is improved, and the production cost is reduced. Moreover, stable and continuous implementation of double-sided film tearing of multiple pieces of glass is ensured, and the film tearing efficiency is greatly improved.
