beamforming joint optimization method based on a double-
delay deep deterministic policy gradient
algorithm is constructed by utilizing statistical
channel state information to maximize the minimum value in the average reachable rate of each user, so that all users can obtain good
communication quality, and high-reliability low-latency broadcast communication is realized.
